These terms apply to the Copala Floors LLC public website and authorized use of Copala Hub, our internal operations and business-management application.
Who operates these services
Copala Floors LLC is a flooring business serving the Bay Area, California. Our public website provides business and service information. Copala Hub supports our internal business operations; it is not a public self-service software offering.
Permitted use
You may use the public website to learn about our services and contact us for legitimate business purposes. Copala Hub may be used only by people authorized by Copala Floors and only within their assigned access and business responsibilities. Do not access another person’s account or information beyond your authorization.
Using this website does not itself create a flooring-services contract, guarantee an estimate or reserve work. Any separately agreed service contract governs the work it covers. These website terms do not replace those agreements or applicable employment arrangements.
Accounts and access
Authorized users are responsible for safeguarding their sign-in credentials and using the application appropriately. Do not share credentials with unauthorized people. Promptly notify Copala Floors if you suspect unauthorized access or an account-security problem. Access may be restricted, suspended or revoked when no longer needed, when misuse is suspected or to protect the service.
Business information
Provide information you are authorized to share and take reasonable care to keep it accurate. Operational records, imported correspondence and schedules can contain errors or later revisions. Users should review relevant information before relying on it for business decisions.
The Operations Gmail integration uses read-only access to authorized business correspondence. It does not send or modify Gmail messages. Payment-report recognition does not mean payment ingestion is enabled. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Prohibited misuse
- Do not bypass access controls, probe for unauthorized access or interfere with service availability.
- Do not upload malicious material, misuse confidential information or use the services unlawfully.
- Do not impersonate others, submit intentionally misleading records or use the services to infringe another person’s rights.
Ownership and third-party services
Copala Floors’ branding and original website/application materials belong to Copala Floors or their respective licensors. You may use them as needed for permitted use of these services; other use requires permission unless allowed by law. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their owners.
The services rely on providers such as Google, Supabase and Netlify. Their services may be subject to separate terms, availability and privacy practices. Naming a provider does not imply endorsement of Copala Floors. An authorized Google account holder may revoke Google access through their account settings.
Availability and changes
We may update, maintain, restrict or discontinue website or application features. Availability may be interrupted by maintenance, technical issues or provider outages. We do not promise uninterrupted service or any particular future feature. We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new date.
Disclaimers and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and application are provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that every item of information is complete, current or error-free. Copala Floors is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, these website/application services to the extent such a limitation is permitted by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits non-waivable rights or changes obligations under a separate flooring-services agreement.
