Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026

Copala Floors LLC uses information to respond to business inquiries and manage its flooring operations. Copala Hub is our internal operations and business-management application.

Information we handle

When you contact us through our website or other business channels, we may receive your name, contact details, project information and correspondence. Copala Hub maintains business records such as people and crew information, work orders, schedules and operational history. Website and application providers may also process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services.

Google and Gmail access

When authorized, the Copala Hub Operations integration uses Gmail read-only access to the Copala business mailbox, copalafloors@gmail.com. It may read message headers, sender and recipient details, subjects, message text, attachments and message identifiers needed to identify relevant business correspondence.

This information supports processing of schedules, work orders, revisions, warranties, complaints, compliments, emergencies and other relevant operational correspondence. Relevant source information and derived business records may be retained in Copala Hub to preserve operational history and avoid duplicate processing.

Read-only means read-only. This Gmail authorization does not allow Copala Hub to send, delete, archive, label, mark messages read or unread, or otherwise modify email messages. Access is limited to the authorized Copala business mailbox.

Payment-report emails may be recognized and routed separately. Payment ingestion is not currently enabled in this Operations integration.

How information is used and shared

Information is used for Copala’s internal business operations, responding to inquiries, coordinating work and maintaining reliable business records. Access is limited to authorized people and service components that need it for these purposes.

Service providers support these functions: Google provides Gmail access, Supabase supports application authentication and business-data storage, and Netlify hosts the public website. Information may be processed by providers as needed to deliver these services. Relevant information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address security issues. Gmail data is not used or transferred for advertising, sale to data brokers, credit decisions or unrelated purposes.

Google API data use

Copala Hub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable. This applies to Google API data and information derived from it.

Security and retention

Copala Hub uses server-side access controls and restricted credentials to limit access to business data. OAuth credentials are handled on the server side and are not provided to the application’s browser interface. No security measure can guarantee protection against every risk.

We retain information as needed for business operations, historical recordkeeping, security and applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and its business purpose; we do not promise a single automatic deletion period. Contact us about access, correction or deletion requests. We will consider the request, the requester’s authority and any continuing need or obligation to retain records.

Revoking Google access

The authorized account holder may remove Copala Hub access through their Google Account connections. Revocation prevents further access using that authorization; it does not automatically delete records previously retained in Copala Hub. Contact us about those records.

Updates and contact

We may update this policy as our services or data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version.
